Apex Waterloo Place
Elliot’s Bar and Restaurant can be found at the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel, a building steeped in history. In fact, Charles Grey 2nd Earl, the man responsible for the production of Earl Grey Tea, was given the Freedom of the City of Edinburgh at a ceremony that took place at the Waterloo Hotel in 1834.
Elliot’s combines the traditional listed features of the historic building with contemporary design. With an ornate corniced ceiling, original fireplaces and expansive Georgian windows, Elliot’s is the perfect setting for a traditional afternoon tea with a modern twist.
