Ametsa at The Halkin

Created by Michelin-starred chefs at Ametsa, the afternoon tea menu has been inspired by the hallmarks of Basque cuisine, served with the flair that people have come to expect from Ametsa’s creative team. The usual sandwiches have been replaced by a selection of savoury tapas, with highlights including garlic pintxo, egg and waffle and Iberico ham croquettes. This is followed by series of desserts that are both visually stunning and taste extraordinary, such as orange and chocolate seeds and passion fruit cake, a perennial favourite served with the Ametsa touch.
