John Ross Scottish smoked salmon and goats curd from Thornby Moor Estate in Cumbria. The ham is delivered from a highly regarded butcher in Marylebone and creates a truly vintage afternoon tea. The whole afternoon tea at the Mandeville Hotel really celebrates the best of British with a modern twist. The smoked salmon sandwiches are served on delicious beetroot bread and there are individual Black Forest Gateaux.
